Rogu Support
Email contact@rogu.app from an address you can access. Never include a password, Plaid access token, Cognito token, verification code, private key, or full financial-account number.
Sign-in help
Rogu supports Sign in with Apple and passwordless email codes. If an email code expires, request a new one from the sign-in screen. If your session expires, sign in again; Rogu clears private cached data when you sign out.
Portfolio connection help
Rogu uses Plaid Link to connect supported institutions. Rogu never asks for institution credentials directly. You can disconnect an institution from Settings. Holdings shown by Rogu are persisted snapshots and may lag an institution while synchronization is pending or partially unavailable.
Disclosure and security data
SEC and congressional reports can be delayed, amended, corrected, incomplete, or mapped to a security with limited confidence. Rogu displays source and availability information where supported. Rogu is an information service, not a broker or investment adviser, and never places trades.
Delete your account
In the iOS app, open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm the irreversible action. This is the direct account-deletion path; you do not need to email support to complete it. If the app reports that deletion could not be completed, keep the account signed in and retry. Contact support only if the failure continues.
